Your right to see the information we hold about you
Staffordshire Commissioner’s office needs to collect and use certain types of information about people we deal with and you have the right to see the information we hold about you.. The Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR EU2016/679 says all personal information must be dealt with properly, however it is collected, recorded and used, whether on paper, in a computer, or on other material, and there are safeguards to make sure this happens.
The Act provides the right to be informed how personal data is being processed about them.
