How to Make a Complaint
Not all complaints are handled by the Staffordshire Commissioners office. Please choose from one of the options below to be directed to the appropriate place to make a complaint .
If you are unhappy with the way a police complaint was handled, or with the final outcome, you can apply for a review.

Staffordshire Commissioner’s office needs to collect and use certain types of information about people we deal with. The Data Protection Act 1998 says all personal information must be dealt with properly, however it is collected, recorded and used, whether on paper, in a computer, or on other material, and there are safeguards to make sure this happens.
Volunteers bring fresh ideas, can help raise local concerns and can suggest solutions to problems. They can also act as advocates, sharing their experiences of working with the local police service within their own neighbourhoods.
