We need your help in building public trust in policing

Come and join the Ethics, Transparency, Audit Committee!Ethics, Transparency, Audit Committee

The committee is independent of both the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and the Chief Constable and fulfils a statutory function. It puts decisions by both organisations under the microscope to provide public reassurance, openness and transparency.

Policing is a changing landscape and under a ‘new dawn of transparency’ the committee is looking for new members to join the team.

If you are interested in applying and have a desire to be involved in the monitoring of Policing in Staffordshire then please go to the PCC’s website www.staffordshire-pcc.gov.uk for the revised Terms of Reference and an application form. The closing date for applications is Friday 6 December 2013.

For further details please contact Rosemary Crawley, Chairman of the Joint Committee, on 01543 263970. Interviews will take place on either Thursday 12 or Friday 13 December 2013 in Stafford.
