PCC @MatthewEllis debates with students

Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Ellis took part in a ‘Question Time’ with the Politics & Current Affairs Society at Staffordshire University on Monday 2nd December.

He said: “I’d like to thank the students for an excellent question and answer session.

“We talked about a wide range of really interesting topics including my first-year in office, the use of technology to make police more visible and joining up services across Staffordshire.

“Their questions were tough but fair and the debate we had for over an hour was thoroughly enjoyable.”

The Commissioner’s visit followed hot on the heels of a debate with over 100 students on the Policing and Criminal Investigation course at the university’s Leek Road site in November.
