Conditions of attendance
Accredited members of the media and public may attend. Members of the media may attend in person or by video link. Attendance is subject to the following conditions:
1) There be no reporting of the content of the hearing by any means whatsoever, including social media, email, SMS or otherwise until further order of the Chair.
2) Before completing an application to attend, please read the conditions of attendance to understand what may be required of you on the day. You must confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the conditions of entry.
3) The conditions include that:
• The taking of photographs and the use of film or sound recording equipment during the hearing, except for official use, is prohibited. This prohibition extends to members of the media attending by video link.
• There may be parts of the hearing which are held in private session; if that is the case, any accredited member of the media attending by person or video link or member of the public attending the hearing will be asked to leave during the private session and will be informed by the Hearings Officer when they can return.
• Any accredited member of the media attending the hearing in person or by video link must produce valid identification and media accreditation.
• That any person in breach of any of these restrictions will be asked to leave the hearing immediately and may be removed.
